zqlx-120盘条预处理生产线适用于高、中、低碳钢丝拉拔前的预处理。本产品通过机械弯曲、摩擦、高压水冲洗、电解抛光等方法去除盘条表面的氧化皮，并经过涂层、烘干在盘条表面形成一层润滑剂载体，减少后道拉拔过程中的毛丝、断丝现象，延长拉丝模寿命，保证拉拔的高速顺利进行。设备包括上提拉放线架、剥壳钢刷除锈机、电解酸洗、硼化、烘干、自动控系统等，采用在线处理方式，与拉丝机组组合为连续生产线，生产效率高，产品质量稳定。 常用盘元规格为φ5.5—φ8.0 mm, φ8.0 mm以上可定制，处理速度在2m/s 以上。 zqlx-120 wire rod pretreatment line is suitable for the surface treatment of high, medium, low carbon steel, and stainless steel wire rod. the line removes the oxide coating on the wire surface through mechanical bending, friction, high pressure water rinsing, electrolytic pickling and then covers the wire surface with a layer of lubricant through coating & drying to ensure efficient wire drawing and prolong the service life of the drawing die. the line included up-pulling pay off frame,combined descaling machine, electrolytic pickling, boronising, drying machine and auto control system. it adopt on-line processing, and realize continuous production in combination with wire drawing machine,with high production efficiency and stable product quality. the wire diameter is φ5.5—φ8.0 mm ,more than φ8.0 mm is available , the speed of treament is more than 2m/s. |
