剥壳钢刷除锈机采用先进的气动钢刷除锈技术，包括四轮剥壳机构和四组钢刷系统；每组钢刷包含一台同步转速电机和传动轴系，钢丝刷与盘条的压紧力通过气压无级可调，保证了在彻底清除氧化皮的前提下、延长钢丝刷寿命，并大大减少耗酸量和酸洗能耗，综合成本降低。机体封闭设计，上部留有排尘排热接口、下部设除尘装置。适用于φ5.5—φ8.0mm，8.0mm以上可定制，处理速度在2m/s 以上。
the descaler and brushing unit combines a four-pulley descaler and four steel brush groups to remove the oxide. each steel brush group consists of a high speed motor and a transmission shaft. the pressure of the brushes against the wire surface is adjusted through the pneumatic cylinder, not only ensuring the thorough removal of the oxide coating, but also greatly reducing the acid consumption and prolonging the service life of the brushes and hence lowering the comprehensive cost. the whole unit is set within a closed box, which include the dust and exhaust pipe joints on the top and a dust removal device in the lower part. the wire diameter is φ5.5—φ8.0 mm ,more than φ8.0 mm is available , the speed of treament is more than 2m/s. |
