化学镀铜是实芯焊丝生产工艺中的关键工序,拉拔后的半成品丝通过机械脱脂、热水漂洗、电解碱洗、电解酸洗、水气冲洗等方法去除其表面的润滑剂和污物,运用化学方法在钢丝表面形成镀铜层,再经热水洗、烘干、抛光处理即为成品焊丝。良好的镀层可提高焊接过程中的导电性能,同时对焊丝表面起防护作用。
结构形式分为往复式、直线展开式两种;往复式镀线镀铜速度高、占地面积小,因其设备结构复杂,一般为单线和双线,较适合于小规模生产;直线展开式中焊丝在槽体内直线运行,设计为多头结构,清洗、镀铜等工艺环节有效时间充分,产品性能稳定。
进线规格为φ0.8—φ1.6,出线规格为φ2.0—φ5.0,出线速度为3m/s。
copper plating is a crucial procedure for producing solid welding wires. the surface of the semi-finished wires after drawing is washed out of lubricant and dirt through degreasing, hot water rinsing, electrolytic alkali and pickling as well as water rinsing and then gains copper plating by chemical methods. after further hot water rinsing, drying and skin-passing, the solid welding wires will be finished. good plating can raise the electric conductivity of the welding wires besides protecting the wire surface.
the reciprocal wire copper plating line (the wire passing reciprocally in the tank) has a high plating speed and occupies a small space. but being complex in structure, the reciprocal line is always single wire or two wires and therefore suitable for small-scale production.
the expanded straight type copper plating line (the wire passing straightly through the tank) is often designed for multi-wires. the length of tanks ensures that there is enough time for cleaning and copper plating. the stability of the copper plating quality is thus well guaranteed.
the inlet wire diameter isφ0.8—φ1.6, the outlet wire diameter isφ2.0—φ5.0, the wire speed is 3m/s.
